After the paper is submitted to SafeAssign an Originality Report is generated that highlights areas that could potentially be considered plagiarized. The paper is checked against multiple sources (paper repository, databases, etc.). SafeAssign is a component within Blackboard Learn that is used to detect unoriginal text in student papers.
